THE KING OF SUMMER DRINK, MUST TRY INDIAN RECIPE - RAGI AMBALI

                    Recipe - RAGI AMBALI

    Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of rice
  • Ragi flour
  • water
  • Buttermilk
  • Small onions

   


    Procedure

  •   Take two cups of rice, add water and make it to boil. As it starts to cook, mix the needed amount of ragi flour and stir it continuously with equal pressure till the content not stick to your finger 
  •     We can see the change in colour to brown, off the stove.
  •     After it cools, cover it with the clean white cloth and leave it for the whole night
  •     In the morning, pour the required amount of Buttermilk and water mix it well. Serve it cool.
