It is a very nutritious, tangy and crunchy salad. If you want to hike it to be tastier, you can add chopped raw mangoes.
- Avocado - Kachumber Salad - It is very healthier and keep you satiated. It is made of freshly chopped avocadoes, cucumber, onions, carrot, lime juice, Olive oil and Peanuts for it to be crunchier.
- Chickpea - Yogurt - Whisk the yogurt with lime juice, pepper, olive oil, salt and garlic paste. Now, mix with the boiled chick pea and add some chaat masala to it. You can add any crispy toppings to it and serve it cool.
